Promoting exercise is essential for better health, as lack of physical activity is linked to serious diseases like heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension. The World Health Organization recommends at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days, yet over 60% of the global population does not meet this goal. Health professionals, individuals, and community groups must work together to change this trend. By providing guidance, resources, and support for physical activities, we can create a healthier environment. Let’s encourage everyone to embrace an active lifestyle for better health in Hong Kong.
