  2. John 3.16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son… Rom 8.31fIn view of all this, what can we say? If God is for us, who can be against us? Certainly not God, who did not even keep back his own Son, but offered him for us all! He gave us his Son—will he not also freely give us all things? God loves you more than you can possibly imagine!

Because God loves us – He wants to bless us & lead us into blessing I have come that you might have LIFE and have it more abundantly (John 10.10) I have told you these things that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. (Jn 15.11) What no eye has seen, no ear has heard, nor heart imagined, is the very thing that God has prepared for those who love him.(1 Cor 2.10)

Such abundant life is a gift – costs nothing We’re invited to come to God to experience it Come to me …and find REST come to me; be filled with the BREAD OF LIFE and LIVING WATER Isaiah 55: Come, you that have no money, etc - buy corn and eat But NB: My ways are higher than yours, etc – full of surprises – the way we least expect, etc. Rom 12.2: Do not be conformed to this world, but let God transform you inwardly by a complete renewal of your mind

For his sake I have thrown everything away; I consider it all as mere refuse, so that I may gain Christ and be completely united with him. v10 All I want is to know Christ and to experience the power of his resurrection, to share in his sufferings and become like him in his death, in the hope that I myself will be raised from death to life.

  10. Mt 6.31 “So do not start worrying: ‘Where will my food come from? or my drink? or my clothes?’ (These are the things the pagans are always concerned about.) Your Father in heaven knows that you need all these things. Instead, be concerned above everything else with the Kingdom of God and with what he requires of you, and he will provide you with all these other things. So do not worry about tomorrow; it will have enough worries of its own.
