Consignment Break-Down • Naming a price • Although you may have purchased a piece for a certain price, it is important to keep in mind that the piece is now considered “used.” Therefore, GEM’s cannot ask others to pay the full price you once paid. • It is important for us to know what you originally paid so that we may convey to potential buyers the value they are receiving. • Is there damage to the piece? • How old is the piece? • What brand is it?

Consignment Break-Down • Price Negotiations • We value your input about your piece. • We know our customer base and how much they might be willing to pay for particular items. • For GEM’s to be able to sell your piece, we appreciate that you negotiate with the price for which we sell it. • You receive 60% of the amount for which we sell the piece • GEM’s receives 40%

  4. Payment • 10th of every month • GEM’s closes their sale books on the 1st of every month • You will receive a check for your share of the amount for which your items sold • We will also include a detailed description of the items sold, amount for which it was sold, as well as the break-down of shares (60/40)
