Insights into Glucansynthases and Their Role in Cell Division During Root Hair Growth

This study explores the functional significance of various glucansynthases, including UDP-glucansynthases, cellulose synthases, and mannan synthases (CslC, CslA, CesA, CslE, CslG, CslD) at different developmental stages (10 dpa and 20 dpa). We analyze the expression patterns related to cell division and root hair growth. Notably, we highlight conditions exhibiting no expression, focusing on the differential regulation of these enzymes and their implications in plant development. Understanding glucansynthase activity is crucial for enhancing agricultural traits.
