  11. Presentation / Poster Prize • Please complete both blue voting slips – for your favourite presentation and your favouriteposter by 15:30 Friday 17 July. Hand slips in to reception, or outside the Tiered Lecture Theatre before the final keynote • Presentation and poster prizes will be awarded after the final keynote

  12. Evaluation Forms • Please complete a green evaluation form and hand them back to an organiseror place in the box at Reception when departing – we value your feedback. • It is essential to justify hosting events like this that we receive your feedback.

  13. Taxis • If you need a taxi please sign your NAME and TIME the taxi is required on a flipchart at conference reception – we will book cars for you, and car-pool where possible.
