  1. 101學年度第二學期 主管會報 102/04/01 總務處報告

  2. 總務處 一、102學年度國三校外教學招標案已於3月21 日決標，由鴻禧旅行社，以每位學生新臺幣 4,600元得標。 二、102學年度國二校外教學招標案已於3月22 日決標，由毛利旅行社有限公司，以每位學生 新臺幣2,000元得標。

  3. 總務處 三、因應夏季即將來臨，近期已完成全校性冷 氣保養清洗，以利冷氣效能提高，達到省電效 果，為落實節能減碳。 四、因廣播系統已使用一段時間，偶爾接到班級反應麥克風無法使用或國中部午休聽見鐘聲，建議相關使用處室指派人員管理。

  4. 總務處 五、102年度臺灣綠色學校伙伴網路，協請各處室轉知，努力超過10片葉片數。 六、自4月起，同仁使用中國信託薪資帳戶辦理跨行轉帳業務（每次17元），原約定為每月六次本行或中國信託網站轉帳免費，現優惠提升為每月六次免手續費可至本行或跨行ATM，歡迎同仁多加利用！
