  7. Nile River Valley • The Nile River is surrounded by the Largest Desert in the world “Sahara” • It is the world longest river at 4,000 miles. • The Nile begins as two separate rivers, Blue Nile and White Nile. • The Nile had regular flooding because of melting snow and heavy rains.
