  7. 6 C’s The indicators are comprised of 6 C’s: • Competence • Connection • Character • Caring • Confidence • Contribution For the 2011-2012 program year, the focus will be on CONTRIBUTION.

  8. Impact Data The primary tool for gathering research-based youth impact data is through the Online 4-H Record Book. Additional information will be gathered through other tools.
