TUT/CSIR Scholarships for 2012 B-Tech students • Attention: B-Tech Students • You are hereby invited to apply for the 2012 TUT/CSIR B-Tech • Bursary programme, to the value ofR30 000. • REQUIREMENTS TO BE ELIGILBLE FOR A BURSARY: • Students who are pursuing studies in the following fields may apply: • Biosciences and Health, Materials Science and Manufacturing, Natural Resources and Environment, Information and Communication Technology, Engineering, Natural and Physical Sciences, Mathematics. • Must be a South African Citizen or South African Permanent Resident, registered full-time for final year B-Tech Degree. • Must intend to Register for Master’s degree in 2013. • Obtain at least 65% in the main subjects at National Diploma level. • Not failedmajor subjects taken during the final year of National Diploma. • The National Diploma must have been completed in the minimum period. • CLOSING DATE: 18 November 2011 • NB: No late and incomplete applications will be considered • APPLICATION PROCESS • Application Forms can also be obtained by your Head of Department or RnI Office, Building 20 (room 132). • All completed application forms (with relevant attachments) must be submitted to your Head of Department for evaluation and approval. • For more information please contact Ms Khopotso Matsoso at (012) 382 4468 Directorate of Research & Innovation
