  2. In the Morning • When I woke up I already had math problems running threw my mind.

  3. Out Of Bed • I jumped out of bed and saw that it was 7:00. I need to be at school by 9:15. If it takes me 45 minutes to get ready and brush my teeth, how much time will I have left? • A) 500 seconds • B) PANCAKES • C) 2 hours and 15 minutes

  4. HUNGRY ! • After I got ready and brushed my teeth I heard my tummy growling like a dog. I walked to the fridge and open the freezer. I remembered that my mom told me that if I get hungry I can eat waffles, but I have to leave 6/12 waffles for my dad. How much waffles can I eat at the most? • A) 6/12 monkeys • B) 7/12 waffles • C) 6/12 waffles

  5. DEFENSE, DEFENSE! • It toke me about an hour to eat some waffles and go on the computer which means I have an hour and 15 minutes to spare. I turned on the T.V and saw a football game.

  6. Football Scores • It said that the winning team won by scoring two 6-point touchdowns and one 3-point field goal. How many total points did they win by? • A) 8000 points • B) 12345 points • C) 15 points

  7. On My Way After watching the scores for 15 minutes I started walking to school. I looked at the time and it was 8:15. As I was walking out the door I found a map and saw how long it would take to get to the school. It said that 1 inch=45.3 feet in reality. If it takes 5 inches to get to school on the map, how many actual feet does it take to get to school? A) 226.6 feet B) 134.7 feet C) A lot of feet

  8. At school • When I was at school it was Mason’s birthday and he brought chocolate and marshmallow cookies to school. There were 80 cookies and 20 kids in class. How many cookies would each person get? • A) 500 cookies • B) 4 cookies • C) 8 squares

  9. Dang it! • At the end of the day I went to language arts. I saw the starter on the board. It said write a book about math problems. I was the only one in the class SCREAMING! AHH!!

  10. About the author I was born and raised in Hawaii on the island of O’ahu. I am 13 years old and I am currently settled in Austin, TX. I go to Canyon Ridge Middle School, home of the eagles. This is my first published book! 
