  1. The Process Dynamic Training Architects Simmons Enterprises, Inc. 505-899-2870 Email: dynamictrainingarchitects.q.com Website: http://dynamictrainingarchitects.com/ Next

  2. Mission Create and implement a full-range of results-oriented development and training solutions that contribute to business success. Identify, design, develop, deploy, and sustain the right performance solutions that meet the performance needs of the organization and business units. Next

  3. Objectives • Conduct a thorough front-end analysis of current and target environment to identify the right results driven performance solutions. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content and context accuracy of learning solutions. • Identify and provide the right performance solutions in collaboration with subject matter experts. Next

  4. ISD/ADDIE Process The Process Click each link to view a description of each phase of the process. Front-end Analysis Analyze Develop Implement Design Evaluate Sustain and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI)

  5. Front-end Analysis When we get a request for a performance solution we always begin with a front-end-analysis (FEA). The FEA allows me to clearly understand the performance problem, the current situation and your vision and the results you are seeking. Your business goals and the on-the-job results you seek. It is important for the learning to be relevant to their jobs and business objectives. Once we understand that, we can begin to identify and define what it will take to get us there. What types of performance solutions will need to be in place (training and non-training) Back to Process

  6. ISD/ADDIE Process • The process we follow is based on the Instructional System Design approach - ADDIE. • We take a flexible approach to ADDIE • How we follow this process is based on your needs, timeline, and resources • Assess risks of skipping steps within a phase Back to Process

  7. Analyze In the analysis phase we begin to analyze the performance solutions. We partner closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather data about the audience, environment, restrictions, as well as, identify the performance objectives. Back to Process

  8. Design The design phase is driven by the products of the analysis phase. Here we develop the performance objectives into specific learning objectives, and identify delivery methods. This phase ends in a blueprint of the performance solutions, which you review and approve before we move into the development phase. Back to Process

  9. Develop The development phase builds on the learning objectives that we developed in the design phase. It is simply outlining the necessary activities that will assist student in reaching the learning objectives. The end result is the completed curricula and instructional courseware. Back to Process

  10. Implement The implementation phase is a critical phase because the instructional courseware can be the best, but if not delivered and implemented effectively learning may not occur and the training goals will not be met. Back to Process

  11. Evaluate Evaluate is where we determine the value and effectiveness of the learning solutions. As you can see evaluation takes place throughout the process. Back to Process

  12. Sustain and Continuous Process Improvement We ensure that the solutions we produce are sustainable and are continuously improved to meet your changing environment. Next
