Project initiation June 2013 • Facilitator worked closely with ward manager and staff • Staff asked to complete 4 modules • Additionally modules widely advertised throughout board – posters, flyers, e-digest, quarterly journal • Modules added to medical staff e-learning and all new staff induction

  9. Conclusion • Aim of the project was achieved using the model ward approach: all staff applying the same approach to AT • Other measures led to increased uptake of modules
