  3. Initial Steps… • SDS obtained scholarship from BEAM specifically for HRD • Considered the champion in the person of SDSLilian C. Calicdan • Motto • LEADERSHIP • COMPETENCE • COMMITMENT

  4. ADVOCACY • Met with the Supervisors / PSDS / Principals • Explained the functions of the System during Administrators’ Conference called Quality Competency Conference • Conducted HRIS training & Orientation to district personnel

  5. Succeeding Actions • Php 200,000.00 from the Provincial Government • Voluntary financial assistance from COMVAL personnel • Identification of competent personnel in collaboration with the PSDS and President of Teachers’ Association

  6. Put up work station exclusive for HRIS and updating area • Cherry Ann Eling took the challenge to undergo the training on the HRIS system due to the powerful persuasion / inspiration of the SDS. • She successfully completed the training and upon return, she transferred the technological know-how to the “Magnificent Four Teachers / HRMO” to man the HRIS at COMVAL

We cannot afford to change hands on experience to lectures • Support of the LGU-provided with the equipment-computers • We learned from our errors • Support of the Administrators • Support of the SDS • We were placed in a very conducive office • We are inspired by the support of the SDS • Provided us computers and computer tables • We tried to learn from other modules / whenever the member of a team has a seminar we can take over right away • TEAMWORK • Everybody fill in the gaps • Accuracy of the records (Validate and revalidate records) • We are open to suggestions

  13. NCR is greatly challenged for the successful implementation of the HRIS at COMVAL. With the resources we have, WE CAN DO IT!!! Here comes NCR… HRIS…
