  3. Positions Available • Procedures Manager (1 position) • Office Manager (2 position) • Hospitality Manager (1 position) • Material Manager (2 positions) • Technology Engineer (1 position) • Closing Manager (1 position)

  4. Procedures Manager • 1 position available • Takes the class attendance and record absent classmates on absent log • When a manager is absent they assume their position and perform all required duties as needed. • Responsible for Substitute report- They are responsible for letting me know who is acting or not acting professional when a substitute is in our class.

  5. Office Manager • 2 positions available • Distributes and picks up handouts to the class • Picks up daily/homework assignments • Assists the teacher in checking warm ups • Stamps agendas, notebooks and checks for homework completion

  6. Hospitality Manager • 1 position available • Answers the phone/door in a professional manner • Answers door and greets guests. Informs guest what the class is working on at the moment. • Assist students with finding and completing missing work/notes due to absence. (During the warm up or last 10 minutes of class if able)

  7. Material Manager • 2 positions available • Checks out/in pencils to those who need one on the office managers log. • Responsible for distributing lab supplies and picking up supplies needed for activities. • Responsible for making sure classmates clean up after a lab/ activity. • Makes sure that all paper is recycled and not on the floor.

  8. Technology Engineer • 1 position available • Making sure there is adequate lighting in the classroom by turning on/off lights • Leads “Good things” • Runs errands as needed

  9. Closing Manager • 1 position available • Responsible for changing the power point slides during presentations • Responsible for giving the launch at the end of the period
