  4. Sensazione • The continual refinement of the senses, especially sight as a means to enliven experience. • Example: Observation, visual exercises.

  7. Corporalita • The cultivation of grace, ambidexterity, fitness, and poise. • Examples: physical practices: sports, yoga, dance.

  8. Connessione • A recognition of and appreciation for the interconnectedness of all things and phenomena. • Examples: systems networks, spiritual/meditative practices.
