  2. Who are we? The Frederiksted Health Care, Inc. (FHC,Inc.) is a 501(C) (3) Not-for Profit corporation in St. Croix, U.S, Virgin Islands whose principal office is located in the town of Frederiksted, on the western end of the island. Federally Qualified Health Center
