  1. 3D P-O-P Designer Salary – £32,000 - £36,000 Potential Route GCSE Product Design A Level Product Design Graphic Products Design @ University Potential Route GCSE Hospitality NVQ Level 2 in Food and Drink Service, or Hospitality Service. • THE ROLE: • Our client is looking for a middleweight or senior Creative 3D P-O-P designer, depending on experience. • This is a creative led position that involves responding to client briefs and producing winning creative design concepts. • Responsibilities include: • Taking briefs from client or account handlers, Producing high quality , presentations, Researching, Sketch work and hand visualising, Creating mood boards, Animations/Walkthroughs, Card mock ups, Client liaison and presentation, Working closely with development, prototype and Cad to see a design though to production. • The senior position will involve handling larger accounts, more client contact and the leading of teams on pitches. This role would also require scheduling of work through the department and creative input and assistance to other designers. • THE CANDIDATE: • The ideal candidate will have a Product Design degree and proven creative abilities in point of purchase design. You will have in depth knowledge of the retail environment and the ability to produce creative display concepts whilst working to budget and manufacturing constraints. They are looking for an individual with a positive can do attitude who is happy to turn hand to anything required. • Skills required: • Strong sketching and marker visualising skills • Expertise in 3D Studio Max ,Photoshop and Illustrator • Good graphic and layout skills • Additional presentation abilities would be an advantage i.e. Flash, Director Etc • The ability to work either as a team member or self sufficiently9
