  1. Principal Director, Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction, Department of Defense • Represents Department of Defense on counter-proliferation and non-proliferation policy issues, including the Biological Weapons Convention, Chemical Weapons Convention, and Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, as well as the Cooperative Threat Reduction Program. • Oversees three offices responsible for establishing policies to protect U.S. and Allied warfighters against a chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear (CBRN) attack from state actors or terrorists.

  2. Principal Director for Space Policy, Department of Defense • Responsible for providing space policy advice and support to the Secretary of Defense and other senior Department of Defense leaders by formulating, recommending, integrating, and implementing policies and strategies to improve U.S. space capabilities.

  3. Deputy Director, Middle East PolicyOffice of the Secretary of Defense Oversees DoD policy towards Egypt, Israel, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Iran, and the Palestinian Authority.

  4. Deputy Chief, Space and Cyberspace Division, International Affairs,United States Air Force Responsible for building, sustaining, and expanding international relationships enabling bilateral and multilateral cooperation through the development of international engagement strategies, specific cooperative concepts, and the negotiation of international agreements in support of national security objectives.

  5. Politico-Military Affairs Specialist,United States Air Force Built, sustained, and expanded international relationships by negotiating international agreements enabling cooperation focused on intelligence, reconnaissance, and surveillance systems.

  6. Director for Space Policy and Strategy Development, Department of Defense • Responsible for developing, promulgating, and advocating space policies and strategies that preserve and enhance the strategic advantage derived from space in support of U.S. national security objectives.

  7. Department of Defense Representative to the UN Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space Integral member of the U.S. delegation that successfully negotiated the United Nations Space Debris Mitigation Guidelines.
