  2. ABOUT Kami Rahbaran 32 years old born in Arlington, Virginia on October 20, 1987. At 14 he moved to Las Vegas with his family. Graduated from Durango High School 2006. Studied business at UNLV. For 12 years Kami has worked in the hospitality and nightlife industry at some of the top nightclub and dayclub venues.

  3. Everyone loves a nightclub where the songs are pumping, the beverages are flowing, and there are lovely people smiling and dancing on a fantastic dance floor. A great nightclub has the perfect atmosphere where you can go and release all the troubles and worries away for the night in dancing and absorbing the energy from the other people

  4. SPECIALTIES Food & beverage, customer service , customer development, entertainment, marketing, customer satisfaction, social media, and event management.

  5. The first impact a patron has once getting inside the nightclub may be enhanced by the employees. Although it is imperative to have a bit of an overwhelming big man standing at the entryway, a strong positive public relations can go a long way. Believe it or not, this is favorable in the layout design.

  6. A friendly doorman/bouncer who greets everyone using a smile and wishes them to have a great time while entering can manipulate the people's view even before stepping into the nightclub. From there it depends on the wait personnel to stick to using that very same friendly and lively attitude.
