1. Dock leveler Dock levelers are an integral part in docking area. The serve as a link between loading dock and truck trailer. They adjust for the height differences between dock and truck trailer thereby enabling smooth hassle-free movement of loads. Key features of Dock levelers: •Serving as a bridge between loading dock and truck trailers, they must operate consistently and efficiently to enable free movement and safety for loads and personnel. •They compensate for the up-and-down motion of trailer bed during loading and unloading of loads. •Easy to operate and no special training is required for learning the operations.

2. Application of dock leveller in various sector: •Used in construction industries /sites. •Vertical Dock Levelers are commonly used in agriculture and pharma industries •Common feature in all warehouses and factories. •Used and proven by all major retail, transport and logistics companies. •Used in automobile servicing stations where it is used to lift vehicles for servicing. •Edge-Of-Dock Levelers are used for low capacity, shipping dock applications. 5. Customised Dock Leveler Dock Leveler with platform size 2000 (width) x 5000 (Length) mm. Case Study One of our customers required to load and unload the material from the various vehicle bed heights , from the fixed loading bay. As because earlier loading bay was fixed ,Truck / container was not able to use Material Handling Machines, due to which frequency of loading / unloading became very less .Earlier if the truck bed didn’t match to the loading bay , too much time would be required to load / unload the vehicle. Team jost’s studies the applications and suggested to use a Dock leveler to bridges the gap between the vehicle bed and the loading bay. Thus the loading and unloading becomes seamless with the help of Material Handling Machines. As a result of it, the frequency of loading and unloading became very fast.
