IF…tells the readers what will be changed or manipulated. (ex. If I exercise….) THEN… tells the reader what will happen because of the change. (ex. then I will become stronger… BECAUSE… tells the reader why you think this will occur. It should be based on information. (ex. because exercise makes your muscles grow.)
