The Innovation Partnership Board The Role The Innovation Partnership Board (IPB) is to provide leadership, direction and coordination to promote innovation that both improves the quality of health services and generates business opportunities in Scotland which will advance Scotland as a world leading centre for innovation and health. It will do this by creating and developing an effective system for partnership working among the NHS and its partners.
