Lot Structure RM970 Agency Nurses and Social care Lot 5 Specialist (Midwifery/Critical) The Services are for the supply of fully vetted registered agency nurses, midwives and theatre practitioners for hire on temporary assignments or contracts within critical care, theatre, maternity services and/or community service settings. Lot 1 Neutral Vendor The management of supply from high quality Employment Businesses of fully vetted agency nursing and social care workers for hire on temporary assignments or contracts. Supplier(s) will be responsible for the compliance of the Employment Businesses used with regards to all the relevant terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement and with all legislative and regulatory requirements and will NOT be eligible to supply agency nurses and social care workers registered with themselves as an Employment Business Lot 4 Community & Social Care The Services are for the supply of fully vetted registered agency nurses, qualified social workers, home & residential carers and clinical support workers for hire on temporary assignments or contracts within a community service and/or social care setting. Lot 3 Mental Health The Services are for the supply of fully vetted registered agency nurses, mental health practitioners and clinical support workers for hire on temporary assignments or contracts within a mental health hospital or community mental health services settings. Lot 2 General The Services are for the supply of fully vetted registered agency nurses, dental nurses and clinical support workers for hire on temporary assignments or contracts within a general hospital setting.

  11. How to call off? • Option 1: Direct Award • Contracts can be directly awarded from the list of successful suppliers. • Rate cards are available in our eSourcing tool. You will need to be registered to access this tool. If you are not yet registered please register here. If you are already registered you can log in here. An award support tool will be available shortly. • Option 2: Further Competition • -Contracts can be awarded following a further competition whereby all framework providers in that particular lot and region are invited to compete for specific customer(s) requirements. • -Customers can use the GPS eSourcing suite Empotris to run a further competition • Customers can choose to run their own further competition or they can contact Government Procurement Service and/or NHS Regional Procurement Hub to support. • -Further competition can be run via an e-auction. Further details can be found here Guidance available via the GPS Website – A web support tool will be available shortly to assist customers with all aspects of the call-off . -Details of the call-off ordering process can be found at Schedules 4,5 and 6 of the Framework Agreement.
