Jihad:Medieval • Jihad or holy war simply means to have a struggle within your own self • This term as been misused as to indicate violence for “religious” reasons • Jihad was also in self defense from invaders like the crusades
Jihad:Modern • Even today, jihad is misused by extremist groups to wage war on the United States and other European countries
