Empowering War Victims (EWV) is a dedicated non-profit organization based in Syracuse, New York, committed to improving the lives of disabled government security forces and their families in Afghanistan. Led by President Carlos Alexander and a passionate board, EWV focuses on mental rehabilitation, job creation, and training programs, ensuring these individuals have the support they need in times of injury or loss. Our mission is to foster a stable Afghanistan where security forces and their families can confidently pursue their futures.

  8. Empowering War Victims (EWV) is a non-governmental, non-religious, non-military and non-profitable organization based in Syracuse, New York. EWV projects are aimed at improving the lives of disabled government security forces and their families, as well as the families of deceased members of the security forces in Afghanistan. EWV strives to empower these people so that they can improve their own futures through mental rehabilitation, job creation, and job training. Mission
