Dust Monitoring System Has Automatic Flow Controller

Dust can be defined as fine particles which are found suspended on the earth’s atmosphere. It is not visible to the eyes and arises from various sources such as pollens, soil, fire and sand etc. Dust is formed when fine particles of solid substance are dispersed into the atmosphere when there is passage of wind or other forms of movement in the environment.

  3. Dust monitoring system has automatic flow controller with electronic feedback for sampling rate throughout the sampling period. It does not require voltage stabilizer because it is available with a blower which is immune to voltage fluctuations. It has brushless regenerative blower with very little noise. It has a brushless blower which reduces equipment downtime and maintenance effort. Moreover, it has exclusive cabinet design which is very sturdy and durable. It is available with lockable top cover and gaseous attachment. Dust monitoring is important for workers who are working in mines or at chemical plants. It is a safety procedure which is absolutely necessary because dust particles can be absorbed into the bloodstream through the lungs and can cause health hazards in future.

  4. In order to dust monitor you can use three different ways which will enable one to measure and analyze the dust levels in the air. One of the ways by which you can monitor dust is by using high volume samplers. It is a method which provides analysis of the health risks of dust in atmosphere. It measures the fine particles of dust by analyzing the dust concentrations which are passing through air filter during 24 hours. Dust deposition gauge is yet another method by which you can monitor dust in effective manner. It is a passive method which captures dust within a funneled bottle over a certain period of time. It helps to determine how dusty a particular location is. Continuous real time particle monitoring is another method which helps to analyze the dust level. This method uses variety of gauges which are permanently installed in the environment. It is a reliable method and helps to assess the health risks on a day-today basis.
