This narrative details my professional journey in policing, beginning with my BA in Peace Studies from the University of Bradford. I joined West Midlands Police in 2000, later transferring to Cleveland Police in 2004. Throughout my career, I have engaged in various roles, including CID robbery team member and response officer. I have focused on community safety in the multicultural Borough of Stockton, addressing challenges like crime reduction and anti-social behavior. My commitment is to ensure public safety through collaboration and effective policing strategies.
