Charter: LBTI Science Review Board • The LBTI Science Review Board will deliver a written report to the ExEP office by December 15 to address the science topics posed in the November 30 letter from HQs, specifically: • Value of planned science from LBTI (accounting for time lost to extended commissioning) • Assuming that PLRA requirements are met • Assuming that PLRA requirements are partially met, per project risk assessment • Prospects for obtaining with LBTI, or by other means, the exozodiacal disk data necessary for the design of future NASA exoplanet detection missions • Whether the cost of finishing the LBTI Key Science Program is till of benefit, or whether other means should be pursued to obtain that information. • Board Membership: • Wes Traub (Chair) • Casey Lisse • Chas Beichman • Jeremy Kasdin • Consultants: • Aki Roberge
