Update on Education Data Portal Launch – October 2013

The Education Data Portal is set to launch in October 2013, featuring data dashboard options from three selected vendors: NSC Pearson/Schoolnet, Connect.EDU (including CaseNex/Datacation), and E-Scholar. Public school districts and charter schools can choose one of these options at no cost for the 2013-14 and 2014-15 school years. To facilitate understanding, dashboard road shows will take place in August and September, covering 12 locations across New York State, with a webinar option also available.   1. Education Data Portal Update • Targeted for launch in October 2013. • Initial launch will include data dashboards options from three vendors.
