PROJECT GUIDELINES IPA – PRE-ACCESSION SUPPORT • most funds come to Serbia from the pre-accession support programmes • 2 basic components: • TRANSITION ASSISTANCE AND INSTITUTION BUILDING • CROSS-BORDER CO-OPERATION • Annual programmes designed in accordance with the priorities contained in the MULTI-ANNUAL INDICATIVE PLANNING DOCUMENT (MIPD) for Serbia, in line with the recommendations of the Enlargement strategy • Priority areas: cross border infrastructures, flood prevention, economic co-operation, environment problems, administrative cooperation, cultural exchanges and people to people actions, activities in education, research, job creation, security and criminality prevention • Further information under http://ec.europa.eu/enlargement/potential-candidates/serbia/financial-assistance/index_en.htm
