  4. 第一节 抗原提呈细胞的特点Antigen -presenting cell 抗原提呈细胞(APC)是指能够加工、处理抗原并将抗原信息提呈给T淋巴细胞的一类细胞,在机体的免疫识别、免疫应答与免疫调节中起重要作用。

  12. 3. 根据组织分布的分类 (1) 淋巴样组织中: 并指状(Interdigitating) DC (IDC):T细胞区 (T cell zoon) 滤泡样(Follicular) DC (FDC): 生发中心(germinal centre) (2) 非淋巴样组织中: 朗汉斯细胞(Langerhans cell): 表皮, 肠道黏膜上皮 间质性DC: 非淋巴组织 (3) 体液 血液DC (Peripheral blood DC): 隐蔽细胞(Veiled cell):输入淋巴管(afferent lymphatic)
