  2. Overview • Capital plan includes HVAC upgrade, masonry restoration, and completing our roof restorations • Plan is updated to incorporate these high priority larger needs with continuous improvement needs • 2017-2021 are included to ensure other projected items remain in the district’s plan

  3. Key Capital Improvement Projects • HVAC Upgrades: 2012-2014 All buildings excluding high school • Masonry/Exterior Restoration: 2011, 2013-2015 All buildings • Roof Restorations: 2016 Halverson and Southwest completing roof repair cycle • Windows for several buildings included in long term planning

  4. Health and Safety Plan • Annual health and safety budgets designed for levy stability • Asbestos abatement increases 12 & 13 for HVAC Projects • A portion of the health and safety coordinator’s salary and benefits continue to be eligible
