Creating a VCD file. 1. 1 Click 共用 建立視訊檔. 2. 1. 3. 5. 4. 1 Select PAL VCD. 2 Choose the location of the file (U:). 3 Type the file name. 4 Check the file type , it should be MPEG. 5 Click 儲存. The file is being constructed.
