Advanced Physical Face Rigging for Enhanced Facial Animation Control

DESCRIPTION

This work presents a state-of-the-art approach to physical face rigging, utilizing data-driven methods to simplify the generation of diverse face models through an intuitive interface. The proposed formulation employs physical-based deformation techniques, including spring-mass systems and tetrahedral numerics, to create realistic facial expressions. Demonstrations of the animation control interface showcase the effectiveness of this method. Future goals include integrating a more user-friendly GUI for boundary settings and coefficients to enhance video-driven facial animations.
