Portable Re-useable Containers – New Regulations More to Think about Effective August 16, 2011 − • ANY and ALL portable refillable bulk containers must meet new EPA requirements. • Farmer-owned containers are NOT exempt. • Check with your ag dealer about the new containers. • MDA will accept out-of service containers, that don’t meet these new requirements, provided that they are properly cleaned.
