  3. (1) 浸潤型 (permeated type) 就像水滲透進入砂當中的樣子，界線不清楚、邊緣不規則 Inferior alveolar canal Ref. 1

  4. (2) 蟲食型 (moth-eaten type) 呈現被蟲蠶食的散落狀，病巢內有殘留的骨質斷片為此病特徵 Ref. 1

  5. (3) 船底型或器皿狀 (pressure type) 呈現船底或盤子狀，手掌一壓仔像要被吸收的樣子，其特徵是界限較清楚，但邊緣部分呈現滲透不規則狀 Inferior cortex Ref. 1

  6. (1) 蟲食狀 (moth-eaten appearance) 的外觀 表現 骨髓炎的病症中也有蟲食狀的表現，但這 是非連續性蟲食骨片，即使遠離病巢中心 處也可看見，而且病灶傾向近遠心方向擴 大 而牙齦癌的蟲食狀態屬於連續性的，大多 可看到一大片X光透過像，從滲透開始處廣 範擴大，且病灶的擴大多屬垂直方向 牙齦癌侵犯顎骨的進一步解說

  7. (2) 浮動齒 (Floating teeth) 被侵入的齒槽骨繼續受破壞時，牙齒周圍 充滿了腫瘤組織，使牙齒變成浮動狀態稱 之浮動齒 (floating 或 tooth standing in space) 浮動齒現象並非牙肉癌的專利特徵，嚴重 的牙周炎也常出現相同影像 牙齦癌侵犯顎骨的進一步解說

  8. (3) 釘狀根(Spiked root) 齒槽骨牙根有被吸收的影像，牙根吸收的 邊緣呈不規則，多數是牙根周圍全部被吸 收，所以牙根尖部呈釘狀，所以稱為釘狀 根 牙齦癌侵犯顎骨的進一步解說
