  2. Transactions Wheeled Through Quebec • Intertie transactions sourced or sinked in the IMO and wheeled through Quebec to or from NY, NE or NB, can now be shown on one NERC e-Tag. • up to now this transaction was required to be tagged on two NERC e-Tags

  3. Wheeling Through Transactions • Intertie transactions wheeled through the IMO and Quebec cannot be on one NERC e-tag • ie. A wheeling through transaction from MECS to NY via IMO and HQT must be on two tags with HQT as source or sink on each tag.

  4. Implementation • IMDC describing this change was posted on December 18. • Change to be effective from January 15, 2004.
