  2. Admission of securities for dealings on the Exchange pursuant to execution of a listing agreement by a company with the Exchange Listing of Securities BOMBAY STOCK EXCHANGE LTD.

  3. Whether listing of equity shares is mandatory for listed status of a company? No. Companies can seek listing of its Non-Convertible Debt instruments without listing its equity shares by complying with SEBI (Issue and Listing of Debt Securities) Regulations, 2008.
