  3. What is the evidence base for integrated care? • A website supporting use of research evidence in health and social care integration • Collaboration between research in practice for adults and the Integrated Care Network • An ongoing development, due for completion in late 2009

  4. What is the evidence base for integrated care? Continued… • A web-based resource providing accessible summaries of the research evidence on integration • Provides key messages for practice • Information that can be used on its own as well as signposting to other resources

Developing the evidence base – why and how? • Cameron et al review; Our Health, Our Care, Our Say; ESRC seminar series on integrated working • Systematic reviewing methods and strict selection criteria ensure that the most relevant, up-to-date, good quality evidence is included • Defined levels of integration and areas of practice provide clear signposting
