Value Added Services: Indeval as a seedbed for new services Indeval as a Central Securities Depository is the place where new value added services and new post-trade infrastructure have been developed for the Mexican market. These new infrastructure is an important part of BMV Group. Among the most relevant services are considered: ASIGNA: CCP for listed derivatives market in Mexico (1999) CCV: CCP for trades performed at Mexican Stock Exchange (2004) SAVAR: Calculation Agent and collateral manager for repos (2004) VALPRE FV: Securities Lending Facility (2005) In 2011, InterGloval BMV was launched as a hub offering financial messaging services and granting worldwide interoperability for Mexican financial institutions. InterGloval BMV operates as an authorized SWIFT Service Bureau allowing for its clients financial information exchange within a secure and reliable environment. Clients can access the wide range of financial messaging offers by SWIFT.

InterGloval BMV:Market Target • As of today, Intertgloval system conducts almost 10,000 SWIFT messages in a monthly basis with 3 different Mexican clients. • Short term plans are focused to become a SWIFT Strategic Partner for Market Infrastructure new business lines. (FATCA, funds platform, LEI, OTC Derivatives, 20022, etc).
