To prune down the number of sense mappings, use a genetic algorithm to learn the weights (W) for a scoring formula involving features of a sense mapping (F) that gives the correct sense mapping the highest score. Scoring formula W1*F1 + W2*F2 + W3*F3 + ... Learn [W1 W2 W3 ...] via GA For each word: many senses, multiple mappings for each sense. Lots of sense mappings.
