  4. Meet My Favorite Actor Benjamin Géza Affleck-Boldt born on August 15, 1972 (39) in Berkley California is married to Jennifer Garner and the father of two children, Violet and Seraphina. He now lives in Millbrook NY with his family. Affleck was born in Berkeley, California with his mother, Christine Anne and father, Timothy Byers Affleck. His family moved to Cambridge, Massachusetts, when he was very young and his parents divorced in 1984. At age eight, Affleck met 10-year-old Matt Damon, who lived two blocks away, they still remain great friends! Affleck came to national attention working with Damon in Good Will Hunting in 1997,(16) for which they shared writing credit and received the Oscar for Best Original Screenplay, they acted in it as well. Ben Affleck loves new years day, and to walk his dog with wife, Jennifer Garner.

  5. The Town Review The Town is about a group of notorious gangsters from Charlestown, Boston who plan on robbing a prestigious bank in the town. After robbing the bank and escaping a thrilling police chase, Doug MacRay, played by Ben Affleck, falls in love with one of the bank workers they held hostage. Doug decides to change himself for the better, leave Charlestown and start over with his new love. Unfortunately, Claire Keesley, played by Rebecca Hall finds out that he was one of the robbers who held her hostage, and their relationship is changed forever. In the end, Doug changes his life around but one big piece of his plan is missing, Claire. He will always love her but understands that he can never be with her because of what he did in his past. One scene I will never forget is when Doug is preparing to leave Charlestown to start over his life, he visits the owner of the flower shop who is also the leader of the gang and kills him. This was an amazing movie, very real and I believe captured the life of a Boston gangster realisticly. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

  6. A “Must See” Movie I think that this movie is worthy of an Academy Award because of many reasons. The realistic, gripping, scenes were memorable that kept the audience glued to their seats. Powerful, thrilling, engaging, suspenseful, splendid, successful. The town is definitely a must see movie. Click here to return to the Table of Contents
