ESCUELA EN CLAVE PASTORAL: ESCUELA RELIGIOSA: La pastoral es el dinamismo de la misión evangelizadora de la Iglesia. “Educa evangelizando y evangeliza educando” Pastoral: clave de la identidad institucional Totalizante: integra todas las dimensiones según sus roles y funciones Integral: cada parte se incorpora a un “todo” que es Proyecto Institucional Transversal: recorre todo el Proyecto Institucional Asume la fe como una cuestión confesional, ya sea en la instrucción académica o en celebraciones • No hay transversalidad • Acontecimientos aislados • Expresiones de fe La DIMENSIÓN PASTORAL nivel esencial y transversal

  3. La Congragación de la Sagrada Familia de Urgel, por su carácter apostólico, participa en la misión evangelizadora de la Iglesia a través de diversos ministerios pastorales. Hermanas, laicos, unidos en una tarea común y desde vocaciones diversas, hacen presente el Reino de Dios en la Educación cristina, la Acción asistencial, el Apostolado misionero y en otras tareas apostólicas NUESTRO ESTILOPASTORAL

  4. La educación en nuestros centros tiene por objetivo la formación integral de la persona. Lo específico del proyecto educativo es la referencia explícita a Jesucristo, centro de la concepción cristina del hombre y del mundo. Los principios evangélicos se convierten en normas educativas, motivaciones interiores y al mismo tiempo metas finales. OBJETIVO DE LA EDUCACIÓN CRISTIANA

ESCUELA EN CLAVE PASTORAL • Educación se fundamenta en una concepción cristiana de hombre • Educación integral • Educar en valores firmes, desarrollar el sentido crítico, capacidad de discernir • Lo pastoral y pedagógico se entrelaza, desde una mirada transversal e integradora. Articulación entre lo pedagógico y pastoral. • Proceso comunitario TRABAJO EN EQUIPO DIRECTIVOS, DOCENTES, CATEQUISTAS TODOS SON ANIMADORES TODOS LOS QUE INTEGRAN LA COMUNIDAD EDUCATIVA

  7. EL BAUTIZADO QUE PROFESIONALMENETE EJERCE LA DOCENCIA O SE DESEMPEÑA EN ALGÙN CARGO EN LA ESCUELA TIENE QUE DESCUBRIR SU PERFIL PASTORAL. • TRANSMITIR LOS VALORES EVANGÉLICOS Y VALORES HUMANOS. Coherencia de vida • LOGRAR UNA SÍNTESIS ACADÉMICA DE CIENCIA, FE Y CULTURA • ASUMIR LA EVANGELIZACIÓN DEL CURRICULUM ACADÉMICO – ANTROPOLOGÍA CRISTIANA- VISIÓN DE HOMBRE QUE SUBYACE EN LA PERSPECTIVA DE SU CIENCIA O DISCIPLINA. DOCENTES • IDONEIDAD EN LA ENSEÑANZA DE LA CIENCIA ESPECÍFICA • CALIDAD DOCENTE COMO CRISTIANO Y PROFESIONAL EN RELACIÓN CON SUS ALUMNOS, PARES, PADRES, ETC.
