Etiology • Nurture: Some believed that people with personality disorders were just lazy or even evil. • Nature: cannot grow in genetics.
Prevalence • 40% for adults • More common in women’s. • Woman has a lot of stress and cannot sleep while their pregnancy. • worries
Treatment • Do a lot of exercise • Avoid all caffeine after early afternoon and also avoid junk food( hamburger) before bed time. • Instead try a glass of milk at nights or before going to sleep.
prognosis • If no treatment cause then the disorder will increase thorough time. • Insomnia cannot affect the baby while pregnancy.
