Through Norton Account: • Access Norton website and log into your account with registered email address and password. • On the right side, from the menu choose ‘Automatic Renewal’ tab. • Unmark the boxes available next to the product or products you don’t want to use or don’t want to get automatically renewed. For cancelling all automatic payments you can unmark all the options. • For finishing the process click on Update

Via Online Form: • Go to the web page of ‘Norton Automatic Renewal Service Cancellation Form’. • You will be asked to fill all the required fields along with Product Activation Key and Serial Number. You can find your Activation key either on the package if you have purchased the CD or in the Order confirmation email if made an online purchase. You can get the Serial Number available in the General tab in the ‘Help and Support’ section, within ‘About’ in the antivirus application. • Tap on ‘Submit’. If you want to cancel automatic payment for every product you are required to fill out a form.
