The principals of LAZARUS RESOURCES, INC. have over twenty five years of experience as advisors to executives and investors in a wide range of industries. We utilize our investment banking and corporate management experience to help our clients achieve their goals. We provide advisory services in the following areas:

  3. CORPORATE LEADERSHIP • Lazarus Resources, Inc. assists our clients to think through important issues and solve problems. We provide interim management during transitional periods, as well as training executives in corporate leadership techniques.

  4. TURNAROUND MANAGEMENT • Lazarus Resources, Inc. assists our clients to develop and execute restructuring plans and turnaround plans. We advise lenders, investors, and business executives in work-out negotiations.

Examples Of Our Projects • Developed a turnaround plan and acted as advisor to the board for a $40 Million, publicly-traded manufacturing company. • Developed a turnaround plan for personal computer manufacturer and distributor, held position of CFO. • Negotiated a $10 million credit facility for a manufacturing company with multiple retail locations.

  9. Examples of Our Clients • As investment bankers hired to maximize shareholder value, we were given responsibility for developing and implementing a strategic plan for the company. One of our principals was named CEO by the board of directors and he was placed in charge of all operations, strategic planning, with total P&L responsibility for a chain of discount department stores with revenues of $150,000,000 with over 900 employees. During the term of our assignment, we:
