Evolution of RGEE RGEE is an Industry specific Management System adopted from the OIMS (Operations Integrity Management System) of Exxon Mobil. • 2001 ExxonMobil OIMS Rollout to RasGas • 2002 OIMS Deployment (OIMS changed to RGEE) • 2002/03 Implementation Focus on Status • 2004/05 Focus of Continuous Improvement • 2006/07 Effectiveness & Promotion of RGEE ensuring profound understanding at grassroots' levels

EXAMPLE OF RGEE ARRANGEMENT Element 2 - Risk Assessment and Management - Comprehensive risk assessments can reduce risk to safety, health, and the environment and mitigate the consequences of incidents by providing essential information for decision making. • Corporate Expectation 2.1 - A system is in place to identify hazards, assess consequences and probabilities, and evaluate prevention and mitigation measures for the ongoing management of risk.
