Communication Protocol • OSPI will be the lead agency for communications regarding ESSB 5940. • Goal is to have one place all stakeholders can go to get the most current information (k12.wa.us/Finance/InsuranceBenefits5940.aspx) • Any other information received by stakeholders should be considered unofficial.

  3. Frequently Asked Questions • A joint FAQ drafted by the lead agencies will be posted on OSPI’s website. • Full text of all questions and answers presented today are posted on the website. • FAQ will be the most current information available, but could change as more complete information is gathered. • FAQ will be updated weekly.
