This study investigates the roles of Gli3 and Pax6 gene modulation in the development of the whole retina, utilizing various measurement points (mm) to assess retinal structures. We performed statistical analyses comparing different developmental stages, noting significant differences (p < 0.05 and p < 0.001) related to ONL, INL, OPL, and IPL layers. The findings suggest complex interactions and regulatory mechanisms in retinal development, potentially influencing future research and therapeutic strategies for retinal disorders.
