Discover the innovative approach to career mentoring in STEM at Sheffield Hallam University. With over 145 volunteer mentors integrated into the employability strategy, our program enhances student skills and confidence while establishing vital professional networks. Through collaboration with local employers and alumni, we aim to connect students with career opportunities relevant to their studies. This initiative supports student transition from university to graduate employment, enriching their educational journey and preparing them for future success.
